Winter Business Hours and Holiday Observance Notice

This is an update regarding holiday observances and our late fall and early winter hours.

From November 1 to Match 31, Gopher State One Call business hours will be 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Emergency calls are exempt from business hours and are always accepted. All non-emergency locate requests can be submitted online 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but are processed during business hours.

GSOC Attends the 2019 OCC Users’ Group in Portland

One Call Concepts, Inc., the service provider for Gopher State One Call, held its annual Users’ Group meeting in Portland, Oregon from Sept. 24-26. The primary goal of the Users’ Group meeting is to provide a networking and information sharing platform, as well as to give the notification centers that OCC serves with the latest industry knowledge, law changes, training and marketing best practices. The event was held at the historic Nines hotel.

Day of the Dozers Raises $55,000 for Kids

Day of the Dozers held its seventh annual charity event on Saturday, September 28, at the ERX Motor Park in Elk River, Minnesota. The event exceeded its goal of $55,000. All proceeds went toward the Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota. These funds will support Child and Family Services, the Concussion Clinic and the Day of Giving
